Consent to Establish & Operate
Consent requirements are project-specific. Confirm the current consent status and documents with TDI and the relevant state authority for the property you are evaluating.
RERA Registration
Registration is project-specific. Where the supplied project documents include a RERA number it appears on the project page; verify current filings on the relevant state portal.
Building Plan Approval
Approved plans and permissions vary by project and authority. Request the current sanctioned plan and applicable approvals for the exact property before booking.
Fire Safety NOC
Fire-safety clearance depends on building height, use and local rules. Ask for the current NOC applicable to the tower or unit you are considering.
Green Practices
