Real estate is at the heart of TDI's business. Since the 1980s, the company has developed a portfolio across ten cities and five states, bringing together integrated townships, plotted neighbourhoods, apartments and independent floors with high streets, plazas and business centres.
The portfolio runs to more than a hundred delivered projects, organised on this site estate by estate so every address stays connected to the master plan around it.

Clubs, retreats and resident leisure
Every TDI township is planned with somewhere for its residents to gather. The group operates club and retreat destinations inside its estates, built around dining, events, fitness and recreation rather than added afterwards.
