Three decades, standing where we left them
Most developers can describe what they intend to build. The more useful question is what they have already finished — and whether you can go and look at it.
The buildings are the argument.
TDI has been building in North India since the 1980s — long enough that the early work has stopped being a project and become a neighbourhood. TDI City Mohali is a delivered township. And the company’s own regional offices sit inside its estates: at Rodeo Drive Mall in Kundli, at Connaught Estate in Panipat, and on Sector 119 in Smart City Mohali.
What follows is the portfolio, laid out estate by estate, with the documents that support it attached to each project. Read it, check the parts that matter to you against the public record, and then come and walk the site. That order tends to answer the question better than any brochure copy could.
Six things that are trueof every TDI address
Building since the 1980s
More than three decades of development across North India, through several property cycles. The early work is old enough to be judged on how it has aged, not on how it was drawn.
Townships, not one-off blocks
TDI builds whole estates — roads, shops, schools, clubs and open space are planned alongside the homes rather than left to arrive later.
Growth-corridor locations
NH-44, the 200-ft International Airport Road, the Landran–Banur corridor, the Delhi border. Each site sits on a road that was already going somewhere.
Documents, published as supplied
Brochures, layout plans, floor plans and — where TDI has issued one — the registration number sit on the project's own page. Nothing is gated behind a form.
A portfolio you can walk through
More than a hundred delivered projects across ten cities and five states, spanning residential, commercial and township developments.
Still on site after handover
The estates TDI built are estates TDI still operates in — with regional sales offices at Kundli, Panipat and Mohali, not just a head office in Delhi.

How to checkeverything on this page
A developer's own website is the least independent source you will consult. Here is how to test what it says.
Read what we publish
Every project page carries the material TDI supplied for it — the brochure, the plans, the specification and the media. Where a figure is not in those documents, this site does not print it.
Check it against the state portal
Registration is a matter of public record. Search the project on the relevant state RERA portal and read the filings for yourself, rather than taking a number from a marketing page.
Then come and see it
The strongest evidence is the estate itself — the approach road, the delivered phases, the shops that are trading. Book a visit and judge the finished parts.
TDI projects and results have been reported by 96 publications across 152articles. Those are other people’s words, not ours.
